Top off your looks with one of our waterproof unisex Rosa Bucket Hats. Each one features a contrast inner trim which can be folded up or down. The quality of these hats is incredible, each one is individually hand made from start to finish by one artisan which takes them 2.5 hours to make one hat! Complete with ventilation holes, they are completely waterproof and also come with a lifetime guarantee.

Crafted from vulcanised rubber bonded cloth with each piece cut by hand, a process developed by Thomas Hancock in 1843.

This waterproof and breathable fabric is made in Scotland.

The Journey of our Rosa Bucket Hat

Design

Designed alongside Nadia and the team at Hancock. The original bucket hat design is a traditional block which Hancock has produced before. We introduced contrast features and new deadstock fabrics to create these incredible limited edition bucket hats.

Sustainable Circular Sourcing

We pursue a cycle of procurement that consists of design-led remanufacturing and reverse resources, exclusively utilising deadstock fabrics, with people and planet in mind at every stage. As a result, we guarantee genuine limited editions and an exclusive appeal.

Ethical Manufacturing

Our Rosa Bucket Hats emanate from a proud Scottish heritage. These hats are exquisitely crafted and sealed by hand with natural, virgin rubber via the experienced artistry of the maker's index finger. Traditional tools guarantee a secure fit, ensuring superior quality is achieved in every crafted creation. Most importantly the artisans behind this product are remunerated with wages above a living wage, amounting to £20/hour.

The Rosa Bucket Hat is made from natural fibres, within a 30 mile radius of our store. The artisans who make them are paid above a living wage and our packaging is comprised of recycled materials. The circular and near sourcing model has reduced CO2 emissions by an average of 82%.

    Ethically produced in Scotland, we are happy to replicate our circular manufacturing model in Scotland and support the local businesses and economy. Artisans hand-crafting the Rosa Bucket Hat are paid properly at £20 an hour, well above the standard rate.
