We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £150.
For orders under £150 - UK delivery is £5. This is a base rate for all orders regardless of size or weight. Our costs of domestic shipping with DHL have doubled in the past year. This base rate does not cover the full shipping cost however we are willing to absorb the rest.
Shipping time is on average 2 days after placing order however this may vary depending on weekends or bank holidays.

How to Request a Return
We’ve extended our returns policy for the festive season. For items bought in store and online as a Christmas gift from 15th November, these can be returned or exchanged up until the 31st January. After 24th December our 30 day return policy applies.
Please note our store will be closed from 25th December - 2nd January.

If you are not completely happy with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange, credit note or refund for the returned goods. You must notify us of a return within 30 days of receiving your order and items must be returned within a further 14 days from notification, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition with labels attached. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.
Please note if you provide email address, we will be able to find your order on our systems. If returning via post, we will pay for the postage costs if you are based in the UK.
If you are outside the UK you will need to arrange for your own postage. We can’t take responsibility for anything lost in the post or issues with import duty so please use a tracked service and state on the package that it is a return. If you don't like your purchases for any reason, we offer a full refund with no questions asked if returned in its original condition within 60 days of receipt. We allow extra time for the shipment process in comparison to domestic returns.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour or style, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Share all the information about the exchange needed and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm and arrange shipping the replacement item to you right away. For an online order, we will pay for the return of the exchanged item and cover the costs of shipping out your replacement.
Please state within order if you require a refund. If sent via post you will be notified by email once we have received the returned goods and processed the refund. Please note that only the cost of the goods purchased will be refunded, and we will not refund any postage costs paid by the customer. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible but please note that card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. The refund amount will be credited to the original purchaser’s card.
Please note that, we do not accept returns of any garments that have been tailored, as altered items are personalised to each customer's individual requirements.
