We want a team member with a passion for sustainability to help us create awareness and drive sales. Working alongside our co-founder Antoinette you will be assisting developing marketing plan, marketing and sales strategies, assisting in the digital marketing implementation, maintaining customer relationships and creating sales reports.
Within this role we will help you develop your skills. You will gain knowledge of modern marketing techniques; high-level communication and networking skills; understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies; great project management skills; an understanding of marketing plans and strategies; and gain digital marketing skills.
On a day-to-day basis you would be assisting in planning and creating daily SM content, and weekly website, blog and newsletter content - all in line with the marketing plan. The role would also involve online networking, following leads and generating sales. In order to complete these tasks, we would help you upskill using various technology tools – Canva, Later, Adobe Spark and Photoshop etc. All of which would be a great addition to any CV.

Required Skill Set
We are looking for a potential employee who has some basic knowledge of the fashion industry and more importantly a passion for sustainability. The ideal candidate would have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We will provide marketing training, marketing software training, and CV & employability skills training.
Our Co-Founder Dr. Antoinette Fionda-Douglas has a PhD in marketing are and still teaches this part-time at university level. She also taught employability skills in fashion at post graduate level over a 10-year period.
The support will be monitored by creating a training contract that will have SMART objectives for both the Kickstarter and Beira. We will build in time to your work week schedule to work on this and development your skills. You will also be invited to present feedback on a monthly basis where we will review and map their training journey.
