TO ENTER:
1. Nominate and tag a friend that you have experienced an act of kindness from and tell us about the act of kindness.
2. Follow both @b_e_i_r_a and @mardybumactiveclub on Instagram.
3. Share this post to your story.
You may enter as many times as you’d like but please only tag one person per comment. The competition will close on the 30th September 8pm and the winner will be announced that night.
