Here at Beira, you, our loyal customers, are at the heart of what we do and why we do it. If you buy something and change your mind, we want you to return it as we don’t believe it is sustainable to hold onto something you’re not going to wear.
As part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we do not provide paper receipts for online or in-person orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt.
How to Request a Return

If you are not completely happy with your online order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange, credit note or refund for the returned goods. You must notify us of a return within 30 days of receiving your order and items must be returned within a further 14 days from notification, unfortunately after this time we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please return items to the below address or bring your item into our store at 17 St. Stephen Street, Stockbridge, Edinburgh.
Items must be unworn, with all labels intact and in the same condition you received them in. Please note if you provide email address we will be able to find your order on our systems. If returning via post we will pay for the postage costs.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour or style, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.. Share all the information about the exchange needed and we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm and arrange shipping the replacement item to you right away. We will pay for the return of the exchanged item and cover the costs of shipping out your replacement.
Please state within order if you require a refund. If sent via post you will be notified by email once we have received the returned goods and processed the refund. Please note that only the cost of the goods purchased will be refunded, and we will not refund any postage costs paid by the customer. Your refund will be processed as quickly as possible but please note that card refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed by your bank. The refund amount will be credited to the original purchaser’s card.
